Pete R. Elliott Passed Away at 86

The Pro Football Hall of Fame former executive director, Pete R. Elliott passed away recently at the age of 86. According to his history in the industry, he is the longest-tenured personnel who served the museum from 1979 to 1996. He is also a former member of organization's board of trustees after of his retirement. But before his job, he also played in Michigan way back in 1940.

Pete was beloved by the entire Pro Football Hall of Fame family, including the staff, board of trustees and the Hall of Fame members. He was a kind and thoughtful person and an inspiration to us all. We are all better for having had him in our lives.
